QMPP: Qualifying Monthly Purchase Program
This refers to the monthly purchase requirement of each distributor of 1 case in order to qualify for overrides/payout. The program is basically for a 12 month Wellness Program.
Commission:
Earnings generated from the Distributors Personal Production ranging from 10% to 40%.
Leg:
Any personally sponsored Associate and his or her entire organization.
Management Bonus Pool’s Qualification:
For Sales Directors’ 1% Monthly Bonus, he or she must have at least 10 new rectuits with their corresponding QMPP’s in a certain volume month within his/her baseshop. For Senior National Sales Directors’ 1% Annual Bonus, he or she must have at least 9 direct Sales Directors under his/her to qualify in this Bonus.
Diabled/Suspended Commission:
When an Associate fails to do his/her QMPP payout is suspended, he/she can still qualify if he/she updates his/her requirements for his/her 12 months QMPP Wellness Program. QMPP must be update with in 12 months period from the time it was suspended.
Promoted S. D. (Sales Director):
This refers to a Distributor who was able to build his/her 1st 12 Associates in accordance to the structure of 3 SA’s on his/her direct front lines and 9 Associates on his/her 2nd level. All members must be enrolled in QMPP.
Qualified Distributor:
An Associate who maintains or buys 1 case/month from his/her QMPP and is qualified for overrides & payout.
Products Sold:
This refers to the Products sold by the distributor.
Retail Profit:
The difference between the Distributors Price & the suggested Retail Price.
Recruiter:
A distributor’s direct Upline.
Baseshop:
This is the Sales Directors’ immediate organization that are not yet SD under him/her.
Generation Override:
Override income of a Sales Director form his/her Sales Directors that are under him/her, that he/she has build.
Replacement Leg:
This refers to computer generated program of the compensation plan, wherein the computer automatically chooses the strongest leg of a Senior Associate, upon his/her promotion as a Sales Director. The Chosen Leg will be the Replacement Leg of the newly promoted Sales Director. The Replacement Leg feature happens only once to all Distributors in the Xanthone Power Compensation Plan. This Feature, in conjunction with the QMPP, ensures no loss of income for the upline Sales Directors and the newly promoted Sales Directors.
Override:
Earning’s generated from the organizational Sales Production of the Distributor that are not yet a Sales Director, it is computed by the difference between the Upline commission minus the downline commission.
